We are so lucky to be able to live in a time where this is possible. Actually its been a huuge hit overseas for a few years now with Brazil leading the way in camouflaging scars and stretchmarks with skin tone pigment.
At Lash and Ink Caroline is careful to use ink as the lash option. The ideal way to re-pigment the skin is with your own body's melanocytes.
By delivering targeted needling with a tattoo pen and a high grade serum the body can re-heal and this improves the colouring and tone of the scar. Sometimes one session is enough though multiple sessions always delivers improved results.
For scars that are hypopigmented, a skin tone pigment is custom blended to match the scar and thus conceal it permanently.
Touch ups are required around 5-7 years and sun protection will keep the ink looking fresh.
